Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the booked services. Gift cards and donated services are also held to the cancellation policy. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the gift card amount. For donated services you will be charged a cancellation fee the first time and after two cancellations you will forfeit the donated service. Donated services that were purchased or won at events are included in the cancellation policy as well. A credit card is required to make an appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide. If the booking was made for the same day, we require at least 2 hours notice. After three consecutive cancellations you will be required to pre-pay for future and may lose booking privileges. If you no call and no show you will be charged 50% of the service and will lose booking privileges. Thirty minute appointments have a five minute grace period and hour or longer appointments have a fifteen minute grace period. If you are past the grace period you will have to reschedule and will be charged per cancellation policy. Thank you so much for your business.
